Region: Basel Pensum: 100% Job-ID: 19160 Ihr Aufgabengebiet Strategische und operative Leitung des SAP Competence Center und Führung von fünf direkt unterstellten Mitarbeitenden Zuständig für die Weiterentwicklung einer effizienten und businessnahen Applikationslandschaft in den verschiedenen SAP Modulen wie SD, PP, MM, QM, LE, PM, WM, FI/CO und Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) sowie diversen Schnittstellen (EDI, API, FTP, etc.) Verantwortung für die Bereiche SAP Basis, Master Data Cockpit (MDC), Labeling, Audit, Business Continuity und Reporting Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Standardisierung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen unter Berücksichtigung der SAP Gesamtarchitektur Förderung der Key User Organisation und Zusammenarbeit mit den Process Owners Verantwortlich für die Erarbeitung von End to End Geschäftsprozessen und deren Abbildung im SAP Ausarbeitung und Verhandlung von SAP Consulting- und Applikationsverträgen Verantwortung für die SAP Lizenzierung und Applikationsautorisierung Verantwortung für das Lifecycle Management der Applikationen und der Applikationssicherheit in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Hosting Partner Ihre Qualifikationen Bachelor/Master in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik Erfahrung in der Leitung eines SAP Competence Centers Erfahrung in der Kommunikation bis auf C-Level Tiefgehendes Verständnis der SAP Module in einem industriellen Umfeld (Verkauf, Einkauf, Logistik, Produktion) Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie Kenntnisse der gängigen Methoden und Tools Ausgeprägte SAP/IT Affinität sowie analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten zur Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsprozessen und deren Umsetzung in SAP Interesse an innovativen SAP/IT Lösungen und Technologien im SAP Umfeld Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative sowie eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise Vertiefte Kenntnisse von SAP R3 und SAP S/4HANA, Migrationskenntnisse von Vorteil ABAP Entwicklungskenntnisse wünschenswert Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft Axapta/Dynamics von Vorteil Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Italienisch von Vorteil Ihre Benefits Eine herausfordernde und spannende Position mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Möglichkeit für Home Office Eine wertschätzende und anregende Arbeitsatmosphäre Attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen
