Pour l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un profil de Project Coordinator / Chef de Projet Junior . La fonction exige rigueur, capacité à piloter plusieurs projets en parallèle en lien étroit avec des différentes équipes internes et les clients . La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais est essentielle. Ce rôle s’inscrit dans un environnement rapide, dynamique et en constante évolution. Cela vous parle ? Alors postulez dès maintenant ou prenez directement contact avec moi Responsabilités Répondre aux appels d’offres et élaborer des offres et présentations adaptées aux besoins des clients Piloter le processus complet des offres, de la phase de lancement jusqu’à la soumission finale Collaborer avec différents départements internes afin de construire des offres compétitives et précises Développer des solutions innovantes pour les clients et garantir que tous les éléments requis sont inclus ans les propositions Assurer le respect des délais et des jalons clés dans des projets complexes Concevoir des présentations commerciales et documents de vente sur mesure Être la personne de référence pour le marché francophone et gérer vos projets de manière autonome Profil Diplôme universitaire ou HES en économie d’entreprise, management ou domaine équivalent Expérience confirmée dans les appels d’offres, la gestion de projets, les achats ou dans une fonction similaire Excellente capacité d’analyse et de synthèse des besoins clients Créativité, aisance avec les chiffres et sens du détail Autonomie, organisation et orientation résultats Esprit d’équipe et aisance relationnelle dans la gestion de multiples parties prenantes Connaissances des outils informatiques (MS Office 365, SAP et autres logiciels similaires) Maîtrise du français avec très bonnes connaissances en anglais et/ou en allemand Bénéfices Un environnement de travail dynamique, moderne et facilement accessible Des prestations sociales attractives et au minimum 5 semaines de vacances par an Une culture inclusive et collaborative, avec événements et avantages pour les collaborateurs Des bureaux modernes situés à proximité de la gare Informations de contact Si tu as d'autres questions concernant cette offre d'emploi (référence : JN - ), contacte A800 Administration au .
