With the commitment of our 5,200 employees, we have established ourselves as one of the six largest crop protection manufacturers globally For more information, please visit For our office in Geneva, we are looking for a EMEA Regional Supply Chain Associate Director The Regional Supply Chain Associate Director EMEA oversees a team of professionals and managers accountable for developing and executing demand, supply and inventory plans for finished goods at the EMEA formulation production sites and warehouses. Plans focus on delivering against EMEA business financial targets and ensuring adherence to goals for service levels, inventory management, logistic costs and capacity utilization. What you'll do with us: Manages all aspects of supply, replenishment, and inventory planning , ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining optimal stock levels to meet customer and market demands across regions. Leads and develops a team of planning supervisors and planners , driving effective demand and supply alignment through regular regional and EMEA Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings and ensuring accurate inputs into the overall S&OP process. Performs detailed performance and root-cause analysis on deviations versus key S&OP and Global Supply Chain metrics, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented promptly to achieve operational excellence. Collaborates closely with commercial and manufacturing managers to communicate special sales programs, resolve supply conflicts, make trade-off decisions, and optimize product mix, capacity, and distribution efficiency in line with business strategy. Supports new product introductions and product transitions , coordinating across multiple functions to ensure seamless supply chain integration, efficient ramp-up, and minimal disruption to existing operations. Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders , fostering alignment on business goals, ensuring proactive issue resolution, and cultivating a high-performing planning organization through coaching, development, and capability building. Your qualification & attributes: Bachelor's/ Master's degree, typically from the science disciplines, Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Management 10 + years' experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing and/or Materials management with a prior people management role. Excellent communication skills to create effective interactions and exhibit influence with multiple functional groups and levels of the organization. Includes the ability to present and sell ideas, plans and recommendations through strong personal influence building skills that lead to consensus decisions and plans. These interactions cover multiple levels in the origination including stakeholders that report to and include FMC Executives Aptitude to think critically about issues, form objective opinions, and make timely/effective decisions and hold the appropriate parties accountable for the outcomes Demonstrated leadership and commitment to valuing diversity and inclusion and change management skills Are you ready to make an impact?
