You’ll expand your skillset, broaden your network, and grow into a leader within the legal department. - ** Dynamic and Supportive Work Environment**: Join a collaborative and inclusive team where your contributions are valued, and you can do meaningful work. **Your Responsibilities**: - Provide legal and regulatory advice on trade and structured trade finance transactions. - Draft and negotiate a wide range of investment, trade, and finance documentation. - Advise on various derivatives trading agreements. - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders. - Develop and improve standard contractual templates. **Your Profile**: - Law degree from a reputable university. - 5-7 years of experience in financial services, including trade finance and structured finance. - Strong understanding of trade-related financing issues and documentation. - Substantial experience drafting and negotiating derivative documentation. - Experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating legal documentation for structured finance transactions. - Working knowledge of applicable banking regulations. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. **Intrigued?** If you’re ready for an exciting challenge and want to help shape the future of global agribusiness, we encourage you to apply.
