Legal Counsel

**Responsibilities**:
- Reviewing, advising on, and making up various legal documents, including but not limited to, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Storage Agreements, Sale and Purchase contracts and agreements, and General Terms and Conditions, Memorandum of Understanding, ect..;
- Advising on demurrage disputes and recalculations, preparing payment demand letters;
- Manages litigation matters and liaises with external lawyers, managing costs of external lawyers in relation to matters of litigation, coordinating information from Company to external lawyers;
- Assisting with documents management for the purpose of legal proceedings;
- Proofreading legal documents;
- Providing general support as Legal Department in our day-to-day functions;
- Legal and regulatory advice on new projects to be reported to the team and/or to the CEO;
- Prepare and revise KYC and compliance documentation towards or from counterparties;
- Employment contracts review;
- Ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time;
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)
- English law-qualified, but other jurisdictions considered
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility
- Enthusiasm and commitment with a good attitude towards teamwork
**Job Type**: 100%
Schedule:
- 8 Hour Shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
