As we continue scaling across Europe, we're looking for a Director of Strategy, someone who thrives on solving complex problems, loves working cross-functionally, and wants to drive impact. It's a unique opportunity for someone with consulting or strategic experience to step into a visible, high-impact role that combines analysis, delivery, and influence. You're a structured, analytical thinker who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys turning strategy into action. You bring strong project leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills and you're motivated by making things happen. We'd love to hear from you if you have: A background in consulting, strategy, or similar analytical roles within high-growth or complex organisations. Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept to execution. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels. A curious and proactive mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity. A genuine interest in purpose-driven work and improving healthcare outcomes. Experience in healthcare or regulated sectors is a bonus. This role sits at the heart of Oviva's strategy execution, leading cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment through our OKR process, and driving strategic initiatives that define how we grow and operate. You will: Lead high-priority strategic initiatives end-to-end, from scoping to implementation. This could include market expansion, new product or service launches, or operational improvement programs. Run Oviva's OKR process, coordinating planning cycles, mid-term check-ins, and retrospectives, while ensuring alignment and accountability across all departments. Conduct market, competitive, and business analyses to support strategic decisions, using a hypothesis-driven and data-led approach. Partner with senior leaders across product, commercial, clinical, finance, and people teams to turn strategic ideas into executable plans. Prepare and contribute to executive and board discussions by structuring insights, recommendations, and progress updates. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities, ensuring strong communication and smooth execution at every stage. Continuously refine strategic processes and frameworks to improve how Oviva plans, aligns, and delivers on its goals. A mission-driven environment focused on making a real-world impact.
