A Swiss advisory firm / family office responsible for wealth management of a single family is seeking an Office Manager / Administrator. Investments comprise all asset classes, both traditional (such as bonds, listed equities, FX and derivatives) and alternative (such as private investments). Administrative responsibilities:  Office administration Organizing the office and supporting the team in optimizing performance  Organizing concierge services and assisting the UBOs in their personal affairs is an integral part of the daily activities Oral and written translations in English, German and Russian Planning and preparation of meetings Review of contractor invoices according to offers and work done Maintaining a maintenance calendar and list of open tasks and monitoring performance Performing other ad hoc tasks as requested by clients and management  Education and skills & experience:  Education: bachelor’s degree in the field of business administration / management / finance / capital markets / economics or related disciplinesExperience / skills: work experience in family offices / investment funds / banks of 3 yearsLanguages: fluency in English, German and Russian is required IT skills: advancedIT skills: especially excel (knowledge of VBA is a plus) Remuneration depends on the skills and competences of a prospective candidate. Relocation to Switzerland (Canton Zug) is mandatory as job requires visits and meetings with partners and management.
