WAS SIE ERWARTET In dieser Schlüsselrolle tragen Sie die weltweite Vertriebsverantwortung für das wachstumsstarke Encoder-Produktportfolio. Sie gestalten aktiv nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen, führen ein Vertriebsteam am Produktions- und Entwicklungsstandort und koordinieren die Vertriebsbeauftragten vor Ort in den Sales Units, bzw. bei den Vertriebspartnern. Über nachhaltige, länderspezifische Marktstrategien gestalten Sie das weitere profitable Wachstum mit. Dabei agieren Sie an der Schnittstelle zwischen Markt, Kunde und Produktentwicklung/Produktmanagement. IHRE AUFGABE Globale Verantwortung für den Vertrieb der Produktsparte Drehgeber Disziplinarische Führung und Steuerung des Vertriebsteams einschließlich Claim und Support Fachliche Steuerung und Koordination der Länderteams Analyse der internationalen Märkte und Erarbeitung nachhaltiger Markt- und Vertriebsstrategien mit dem Ziel der Neukundengewinnung und des Ausbaus von Bestandskunden über Cross-Selling-Aktivitäten Zielführende Schnittstellenarbeit zwischen Markt, Kunde und Entwicklung/Produktmanagement Operative Vertriebsunterstützung im Rahmen von Großprojekten Erarbeitung von Prozessverbesserungen und Weiterentwicklung von Standards IHR PROFIL Technisches Studium, bzw. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen bei hoher technischer Affinität Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb mit nachweislichen Erfolgen im Ausbau von internationalen Märkten (ideal im Bereich Drehgeber / Antriebstechnik) Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation interdisziplinärer Teams Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke Agile Denk- und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Internationale Reisebereitschaft Neugierig geworden?
