**Job Overview**: As a AI Product Manager in the OpenBlue Data Strategy and AI team, you will leverage data and advanced technologies to transform our products and business. Your role involves launching AI capabilities within our customer-facing offerings, forming a key part of the Johnson Controls OpenBlue suite and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Product Vision and Roadmap**: Drive a portfolio of AI products, managing product vision, roadmap, lifecycle, and prioritization of AI features in alignment with business priorities and user feedback.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Act as a bridge between AI, Product Management, UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams, ensuring effective communication of AI product details to stakeholders at all levels.
- ** Requirements Translation**: Translate user requirements into AI features for data scientists, managing trade-offs regarding timelines, scope, and costs.
- ** Machine Learning Solutions**: Deliver machine learning and optimization solutions to enhance autonomous operations and energy efficiency in buildings.
- ** GenAI Features**: Launch GenAI features that provide an exceptional user experience, making technical insights accessible to various user types.
- ** Performance Monitoring**: Analyze product metrics and user feedback for continuous improvement, set KPIs for measuring AI product success, and promote these metrics within and outside the team.
- ** Team Champion**: Represent the team’s efforts and accomplishments to the wider organization.
- ** Process Maintenance**: Ensure a repeatable AI model development and operation process in sync with Engineering and Product methodologies.
- ** Market Research**: Stay abreast of market trends and emerging technologies in AI to uncover innovation and competitive advantages.
- ** Data Governance**: Ensure AI products comply with data governance policies and regulations, contributing to data reviews and committees.

**Qualifications**:

- BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, with at least 3 years in driving AI products from concept to launch.
- Proven track record in managing a product portfolio and executing its vision and strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Python, and a solid understanding of AI algorithms and cloud architectures.
- 3+ years working cross-functionally with product managers, marketing, engineering, data science, UI/UX, sales, and finance.
- Passion and experience with public cloud providers (MS Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Ability to lead without direct reporting lines within a matrix organization.
- Strategic thinker capable of aligning user pain points with AI solutions.
- Curiosity about new domains and technologies, committed to continuous learning.
- Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile development methodology.
- Outstanding spoken and written communication skills in English.
- 5+ years in AI Product Management.
- Knowledge in Power BI.
- Fluency in SQL, RDBMS, Data Modelling, and data warehousing methodologies.
- Subject matter expertise in technical solution engineering for smart buildings, including knowledge of BACnet, Brick ontology, and various vertical markets.
