**JOB SUMMARY**

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Principal - who will create, lead and drive product and customized solution recommendations supporting Ascent Health Services. This position works in close partnership with the account-, business development
- and finance teams to look holistically at the opportunities for the client, addressing client specific and customized solution needs. The Product Principal will assess client specific data, leveraging depth of knowledge in key product and capability categories to identify and create customized and consultative solutions for clients. The Product Principal will lead planning for future iterations of the solution for sales enablement and shares accountability for client retention, satisfaction, and growth.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON**
- Aligning product strategy with business goals and communicating product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
- Analyze data such as sales and customer feedback
- Oversee execution of various aspects of the product build and maintenance, with overall responsibilities for management
- Aligning stakeholders to key milestones and deadlines, including removing roadblocks and negotiating compromises or alternatives
- Manage communications in close collaboration with marketing for sales related materials

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, clinical background (e.g. pharmacist) preferred
- 8+ years relevant experience in pharma industry
- Active knowledge of English is a must (C1 level)
- Experience in product development
- and management
- Deep understanding of the U.S. Healthcare, Pharma, and PBM industry
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Willingness to travel
