**Your tasks**: - Product & Portfolio Management for the global well-established plastic jointing technologies cementing and mechanical connections - Understand and translate customer and market needs into future-oriented product ranges and manage the product range along the entire product lifecycle - Key contact for our global sales organization to provide project support and coordinate priorities with logistics and production - Support marketing activities, including but not limited to attending tradeshows, development of promotional material as well as sales support material - Sales analysis of market and customer data to develop the product range into the future - Create and conduct product and customer training globally **Your profile**: - You are motivated to join a young and dynamic team with a hands-on mentality that strives to become better every day - You have a technical/engineering background and business experience (Bachelor-/ Master's degree) - Well experienced to work across teams and departments with the ability to structure and coordinate different stakeholder - Minimum 5 years of industry experience in global product management of B2B products or comparable positions in R&D, Marketing or Business Development - Fast understanding of complex situations based on the input from different stakeholders with very good communication skills - English and German language skills must be on a high professional level - Willingness to travel (approx. 10 - 20 %) round off your profile **Benefits**:Clear vision and purpose "We are a sustainability and innovation leader providing superior customer value" is our vision and this is what guides us.
