The Legal Counsel will provide legal and regulatory support to marketing, advertising, and commercial teams, ensuring compliance with industry laws and standards. The successful candidate will also assess legal risks, advise on legislative developments, and handle contract negotiations. Proficiency in English is required for this role.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Act as a trusted legal advisor to marketing, advertising, and commercial teams, ensuring business activities align with relevant laws and regulations Assess legal risks related to product claims, branding, and promotional materials, while proactively managing regulatory challenges and competitor disputes Provide guidance on evolving legislation, including sustainability and environmental regulations, and their impact on the consumer goods sector Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, such as marketing, licensing, and partnership agreements Collaborate with internal legal teams and business units to develop and deliver training programs on critical compliance matters YOUR PROFILE Hold a university degree in law; bar qualification is highly desirable Have knowledge and experience in marketing, commercial, and compliance law within Europe Demonstrate leadership skills and experience in project management Ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-functional, and multicultural teams Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are an advantage  HOW TO APPLY Please submit your application via our Careers portal, including a resume.
