Head of Talent and Culture

At VAT, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way we work and innovate. As the Head of Talent and Culture, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our global talent strategy and driving organizational development.
Your Challenges:- Develop and deploy global talent and org development strategies that impact employee engagement and company performance.
- Own and drive talent, culture, and engagement programs that foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and the HR team to drive strategic workforce planning, performance management, and talent management.
- Lead a team of talent specialists to ensure initiatives, projects, and programs are delivered according to expectations and timeline.
- Design and implement global leadership programs and trainings that equip our leaders with the skills and knowledge needed to drive success.
- Define and shape our employee value proposition and employer branding on a global VAT level, working with the team to meet regional and local needs.
- Proven experience in leading global/corporate talent management and organizational development in mid-size and fast-growing international companies.
- Track record of developing and implementing HR/talent strategies and programs that are aligned with the business strategy.
- Experience leading large-scale culture transformation initiatives and acting as a change agent with the ability to clearly articulate a strategy and vision, align people and process, and drive execution to achieve desired results.
- Ability and willingness to cover the whole range from strategic vision to conception, as well as hands-on managing and bringing initiatives to the ground.
- Proven experience in design and deployment of strategic workforce planning playbooks, including standards and processes.
- Vast HR leadership experience in talent centers of excellence, with strong business acumen and preferably a few years of experience in HR business partnering roles.
- Experience in managing talent acquisition with a focus on TA technology solutions, building global TA standards, and employer branding would be beneficial.
