You will collaborate with our technical teams to understand the ins and outs of our software platforms and engineering services, ensuring you can effectively communicate the benefits and features to potential and existing clients.

Your mission will be to drive sales, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to the development of our software products by bringing valuable market insights back to our development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Sales: Identify potential clients in the software industry and reach out to them, understanding their needs and presenting suitable software solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring they are satisfied with the services and products, and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our software products and platforms, explaining technical aspects in simple terms to non-technical clients.
  • Strategy and Planning: Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets, working closely with marketing, product development, and other departments.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between clients and the development team, gathering feedback on product usage, features requests, or issues and communicating this feedback to inform product improvements.
