Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory, building strong relationships with existing customers and new leads. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a go-to-market strategy, identifying and qualifying target accounts, and delivering value to customers through the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the assigned territory
  • Identify and qualify target accounts based on business and technology requirements
  • Demonstrate expertise in selling sophisticated solutions or technology and deal execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive problem-solving and decision-making
  • Drive steady and predictable pipeline and sales growth within the assigned territory

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Sales Methodology Knowledge: Proven track record of using sales methodologies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Commercial Negotiations: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex commercial negotiations.

Large Account Experience: Demonstrated success in dealing with large accounts and navigating complex sales cycles.

Salesforce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and ability to demonstrate its value to customers.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is preferred.
