Cloud Storage Account Manager

We're looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our Public Sector team as a Cloud Storage Account Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing sales pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

About the RolePure Storage Switzerland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our Public Sector team. In this role, you'll be accountable for developing and executing account strategies, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your ChallengeAs a Enterprise Sales Executive - Public Sector, you will:
- Promote Innovative Solutions: Advocate for our all-flash enterprise storage technology, highlighting its benefits and value proposition.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and Strategize: Direct pursuit teams and develop account plans to secure new customers, exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a robust pipeline.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Drive activities to meet and exceed sales targets, collaborating with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners to position Pure Storage.
- Execute Account Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently, presenting proposals that highlight Pure Storage's benefits and value.
- Deliver Results: Surpass sales targets, maintain a strong pipeline, and drive referenceable business, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate Effectively: Present complex information in a clear and concise manner, engaging new customers and building long-term relationships.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Sales Passion: A strong drive for sales and relationship building, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Public Sector Experience: Experience with direct/indirect sales on Public Sector accounts, with a deep understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture.
- Partner Collaboration: Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners, with excellent time management and communication abilities.
- Prospecting Skills: Advanced skills in engaging new customers, with a goal-oriented attitude and desire to drive change.
- Ambition and Drive: A track record of delivering results, with a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment and take calculated risks.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the data storage industry, with experience in Enterprise Sales and Cloud Storage.
- Language Skills: Swiss-German and professional English proficiency, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
