About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Material Facilitator to join our team at SR Technics Group. As a Material Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize work preparation, inventory management, and goods movement.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Implement 5S principles to maintain a clean and organized workspace, promoting efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Provide support to the Capability Implementer in implementing process improvements and best practices.
Requirements
- Technical apprenticeship or equivalent experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, facility management, and inventory control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in speaking and writing German, with a working knowledge of English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
