About the Role:
EF Education AG is seeking a highly motivated and organized Employee Engagement & Recruitment Coordinator to join our in-house Travel department. As a key member of our Recruitment, Training and Development team, you will play a vital role in supporting our vision to empower every individual to have a "WE" mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal communication and drive business results.
- Manage first phone screens and handle administrative recruitment and onboarding tasks.
- Develop and implement department initiatives to increase employee engagement and establish relationships with other central EF teams to promote and facilitate in-office events.
- Support the development of online training material and handle background checks in preparation for staff tour enrollments.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment, training, or communication tools and processes.
- Well-organized with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Able to create excitement and buy-in around initiatives.
- Independent with a "can-do" attitude towards taking initiative, owning new tasks, and overcoming challenges.
- Attention to detail when working on administrative tasks.
- Flexible to work some evenings and travel to visit other EF offices.
