About the Role

The Feel Good Manager at Pixel Plus AG will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive work environment for our team members. This includes creating and implementing programs and initiatives that promote employee well-being, satisfaction, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Engagement and Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction, ensuring a high-performing team that is motivated and committed to our company's goals.
  • Team Building and Events: Organize and coordinate team building activities and events that promote collaboration, communication, and camaraderie among team members.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to employees to help them develop their skills and improve their job performance, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Employee Support and Resources: Offer support and resources to employees to help them navigate personal or professional challenges, ensuring they feel valued and supported in their roles.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment, fostering open communication and collaboration across the organization.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in employee engagement and well-being, applying this knowledge to inform our company's strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Feel Good Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of employee engagement and well-being best practices.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Education and Certifications: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, with relevant certifications or training in employee engagement and well-being.
