As a sales outsourcing company, Asbi Sàrl is seeking a passionate Merchandiser to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and optimize brand retail spaces to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Set up and upgrade product islands during new product introductions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Verify and enhance product demonstration setups to showcase products in the best possible light.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of products, furniture, and marketing materials to create a positive brand image.
  • Handle promotions and ensure proper advertising materials are displayed to maximize visibility.
  • Liaise with sales teams for product training and updates to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Coordinate with store managers regarding marketing activities to align with company goals.
  • Complete standardized merchandising visit reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Organize training sessions as needed to upskill the team and drive results.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising or sales.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong interest in new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer electronics.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
