About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transformational Change & Training Specialist to join our team at AIESEC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of Change & Training activities for our MEU Transformation Project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the definition and planning of overall Business Change and Training strategy and plans
  • Collaborate with the BPE Change Leader & team, the cross-functional Project team, and the Area teams to ensure successful implementation of Change & Training activities
  • Facilitate cross-functional and cross-Country/Area communication and alignment
  • Encourage Best Practices sharing across the Areas and functions
  • Support Vendor Management, including the selection of providers for training materials and monitoring of budget, invoices, quality, and timelines
  • Monitor and track the quality and timely completion of deliverables
  • Support Central Training Management, including the work with Central Training Specialists and the development of cross-functional Training curricula
  • Support People Change Management, including the preparation of central analysis of country Focus Groups results and management of Key User and other surveys
  • Perform day-to-day activities, including reporting, meetings attendance, meeting minutes, communications preparations and dissemination, planning/progress tracking, organizing meetings, developing presentations, and Teamsite administration
