About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at SIX. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business analysis for project and change request management in post-trading.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business architects, and developers to translate business requirements into user stories and technical specifications.
  • Analyze the impact of new change requests on business processes and ensure that new functionalities and processes meet business needs.
  • Support the optimization of business processes in collaboration with operations and other teams.
  • Prepare and execute test cases, review IT solutions against business requirements, and facilitate workshops with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in requirements analysis/engineering within the financial industry, particularly with software specifications.
  • In-depth knowledge of securities settlement and asset servicing, including industry standards like ISO15022 and ISO20022.
  • Experience across various business services such as Settlements, Corporate Actions, Tax, and Fund Executions.
  • Strong understanding of European market harmonization rules and their implications for CSD/Custodian services.
  • Expertise in T2S, SECOM, and SWIFT Network interactions, and proficiency in managing message specifications in SWIFT MyStandards.
