HR Administrative Assistant

At Michael Page, we are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Functions:
    • Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all employees.
    • Support recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
    • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and system setup.
    • Manage HR administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle, including contracts, benefits administration, and offboarding.
  • Office Management:
    • Oversee daily office operations, including supply management, vendor coordination, and office maintenance.
    • Organize and manage logistics for meetings, workshops, and events.
    • Ensure a comfortable and efficient workspace for all employees.
    • Familiarity with HR systems, payroll software, and recruitment tools is essential.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are required.
    • Fluency in English is a must, with French being a strong advantage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role, preferably in an NGO or non-profit environment.
  • Immediate start is available.
