About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our E-commerce team at Swatch Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our E-commerce platform and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Develop custom solutions and integrations with development teams to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to define, prioritize, and deliver product features.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, align with teams and customers on product goals, and ensure that the delivered product meets defined quality standards and fulfils user expectations.
  • Use Jira to manage and track tasks, projects, and issue resolution to ensure timely delivery and efficient workflow within the e-commerce team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment, minimum 5 years, preferably in e-commerce or related industries, and e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Proven experience with SEO best practices, analytics tools, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related field.
