Product Owner E-Commerce

At Swatch, we're shaping the future of our E-Commerce platform and strategy. As a Product Owner, you'll play a pivotal role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering product features that drive our online sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform for high performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Develop custom solutions and integrations with development teams.
  • Work with UX/UI teams to develop custom solutions and integrations.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, align with teams, and customers on product goals.
  • Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
  • Plan and coordinate product releases, including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives using Scrum/Agile.
  • Analyze trends to drive decisions and conversion rates.
  • Ensure the delivered product meets defined quality standards and fulfills user expectations.

Profile:

As a Product Owner, you'll be proactive, flexible, and responsible with strong communication skills, analytical, technical, and planning skills. You'll be customer service and solution-oriented, used to working in fast-moving, international environments, and deal well with priorities and tight deadlines. You'll have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be used to working independently, as well as being a team player with good interpersonal skills.

Professional Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment, minimum 5 years, preferably in e-commerce or related industries, and e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Proven experience with SEO best practices, analytics tools, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related field.

Languages:

You'll be fluent in English, and additional languages such as German and/or French are optional.
