E-commerce Product Owner

About the Role:

As a Product Owner, E-commerce at Swatch, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our E-commerce platform and strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to define, prioritize, and deliver product features that drive our online sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform for high performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Develop custom solutions and integrations with development teams.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to develop custom solutions and integrations.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
  • Develop custom solutions and integrations with development teams and market trends.
  • Create and manage the e-commerce product backlog, prioritizing features and tasks to maximize value.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, align with teams and customers on product goals.
  • Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
  • Plan and coordinate product releases, including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives using Scrum/Agile.
  • Analyze trends to drive decisions and conversion rates.
  • Ensure that the delivered product meets defined quality standards and fulfills user expectations.
  • Use Jira to manage and track tasks, projects, and issue resolution to ensure timely delivery and efficient workflow within the e-commerce team.
  • Identify and address potential risks.

About You:

You are proactive, flexible, and responsible with strong communication skills and pronounced analytical, technical, and planning skills. Customer-oriented, you are used to work in fast-moving, international environments and deal well with priorities and tight deadlines. You bring excellent communication and negotiation skills and are used to work independently. Moreover, you are a team player with good interpersonal skills, can build relationships with other teams and departments.

Professional Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment, minimum 5 years, preferably in e-commerce or related industries, and e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Proven experience with SEO best practices, analytics tools, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related field.

Language:

You are fluent in English, and additional languages such as German and/or French are optional.
