Nous recherchons un spécialiste de la conformité des produits et de la durabilité pour rejoindre notre équipe de gestion de la qualité à Bienne. Vous serez chargé de renforcer notre processus de gestion de la conformité et de la durabilité des produits dans les domaines suivants :

  • Conformité chimique et sécurité des produits (REACH, RoHS, Règlement POP, US TSCA, Directive UE sur les jouets) ;
  • Conformité des marquages (CE, WEEE, Règlement UE Piles, produits pour enfants, marquage des emballages (codes matière, consignes de tri) ;
  • Conformité vis-à-vis des législations environnementales (Loi AGEC, Règlement UE ESPR, Digital Product Passport, Right to Repair, Green Claims Directive).

Vos responsabilités incluront :

  • Appliquer une veille réglementaire et normative (EN, ISO, IEC, ASTM, UL) dans ces domaines, afin d'anticiper les futures exigences et actualiser les spécifications internes du SGQM.
  • Assurer les contacts avec les associations de fabricants et les autorités pour clarifier l'orientation des projets de loi et leur application.
  • Participer à l'analyse des risques d'occurrence des substances et mettre à jour les 'Restricted Substances Lists' internes en conséquence. Evaluer l'impact des nouvelles législations et mettre à jour les spécifications techniques définissant les critères de conformité des montres, bijoux, emballages et produits de merchandising.
  • Informer les sociétés de Swatch Group et leur apporter un support dans l'application des nouvelles règles et normes.
  • Rédiger et tenir à jour les formulaires de déclaration de conformité mis à disposition des marques pour répondre aux demandes des marchés.

Vous devrez avoir :

  • Un diplôme en ingénierie, sciences des matériaux ou biologie.

Vous devrez également avoir :

  • Une expérience professionnelle de minimum 3 ans dans l'application du cadre règlementaire et normatif européen relatif à la conformité et sécurité des produits.

Vous devrez être capable de :

  • Travailler en français et en anglais.
