We are a dynamic company within the Swatch Group, a global leader in the watch industry. Our company provides high-quality services to our group companies in the fields of logistics, IT, customer service, and real estate.

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Specialist for a temporary assignment of up to 9 months to join our Export Department at The Swatch Group Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage shipments and freight orders in SAP, ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations and laws.
  • Create IATA-compliant Dangerous Goods Declarations for air freight (Class 9).
  • Monitor SAP Cockpits for Drop Shipments.
  • Notify carriers.
  • Track shipments to customers (Track & Trace).
  • Troubleshoot and manage complaints.
  • Follow up on transportation statistics.
  • Calculate freight costs.
  • Coordinate and troubleshoot in SAP with internal IT support.
  • Participate in projects.

Requirements:

  • You have a commercial education.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs; SAP knowledge is an asset.
  • You remain calm in hectic situations and under time pressure.
  • You are flexible and adapt quickly to new situations, and you enjoy working on new solutions.

Professional Requirements:

  • You have experience in international trade and/or logistics.
  • You have preferably experience handling hazardous materials (lithium metal and ion batteries) and ideally hold a valid IATA-DGR certificate for Class 9.
  • You have knowledge and interests in export and customs.

Languages:

  • You have excellent German and English skills.
