Job description
  • Anlegen von Lieferungen und Speditionsaufträgen im SAP unter Einhaltung der länderspezifischen sowie weiterführende gesetzliche Vorschriften und Richtlinien
  • IATA konforme Erstellung von Dangerous Goods Deklarationen für die Luftfracht (Klasse 9)
  • Überwachen der SAP Cockpits für Drop Shipments
  • Avisieren von Spediteuren
  • Überwachung der Lieferungen bis zum Kunden (Track & Trace)
  • Troubleshooting & Reklamationsmanagement
  • Nachführen der Transportstatistik
  • Berechnung von Frachtkosten
  • Koordination & Trouble Shooting im SAP zusammen mit dem internen IT Support
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten
Profile
  • Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Zu Ihren Stärken gehört der Umgang mit den Microsoft Office Programmen; SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Sie bleiben in hektischen Situationen so wie auch unter Zeitdruck ruhig
  • Sie sind flexibel und passen sich schnell einer neuen Situation an und es gefällt Ihnen, an neuen Lösungen mitzuarbeiten
Professional requirements
  • Sie haben Erfahrung im internationalen Warenverkehr und/oder Spedition
  • Sie haben vorzugsweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gefahrengüter (Lithium Metall und Ionen Batterien) und idealerweise ein gültiges IATA-DGR Zertifikat für die Klasse 9
  • Sie haben Kenntnisse und Interessen im Export und Zollwesen
Languages
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch Kenntnisse
