Job Description

Wir suchen eine/n Export Specialist für unsere Export Abteilung bei The Swatch Group Services Ltd.

Tasks

  • Anlegen von Lieferungen und Speditionsaufträgen im SAP unter Einhaltung der länderspezifischen Vorschriften und Richtlinien
  • IATA-konforme Erstellung von Dangerous Goods Deklarationen für die Luftfracht (Klasse 9)
  • Überwachen der SAP Cockpits für Drop Shipments
  • Avisieren von Spediteuren
  • Überwachung der Lieferungen bis zum Kunden (Track & Trace)
  • Troubleshooting & Reklamationsmanagement
  • Nachführen der Transportstatistik
  • Berechnung von Frachtkosten
  • Koordination & Trouble Shooting im SAP zusammen mit dem internen IT Support
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten

Requirements

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Umgang mit Microsoft Office Programmen; SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Ruhig bleiben in hektischen Situationen und unter Zeitdruck
  • Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit

Professional Requirements

  • Erfahrung im internationalen Warenverkehr und/oder Spedition
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gefahrengütern (Lithium Metall und Ionen Batterien) und idealerweise ein gültiges IATA-DGR Zertifikat für die Klasse 9
  • Kenntnisse und Interessen im Export und Zollwesen

Language

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch Kenntnisse
