- About the Role
- This is a dynamic opportunity to join the University of St. Gallen MBA team as a Recruitment & Admissions Manager. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent to our MBA program.
- As a key member of our team, you will manage and plan all social media for the University of St. Gallen MBA, creating engaging content that drives measurable results.
- Responsible for the Talent Acquisition in the MBA program, you will arrange and host in-person information sessions with prospective applicants, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
- As the primary traveler for international in-person recruitment, you will be responsible for recruiting applicants and filling the MBA programs.
- Represent the MBA program at international recruitment fairs and conferences, providing expert knowledge to prospective applicants about the program curriculum, career outcomes, and financing options.
- Responsible for reviewing applications, verifying transcripts, work experience, references, and conducting case-based interviews to ensure the highest quality students are admitted.
- Manage CRM to track and communicate with leads and applicants, achieving key conversion metrics and enrolling full classes of the highest quality students possible.
- About You
- You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of work experience in recruiting applicants for a Top 100 ranked MBA program.
- With a general understanding of the education environment, you have at least 8 years of living and working experience in key recruitment geographic regions.
- You have at least 5 years of successful experience in representing at international events and fairs and establishing new client relationships.
- Proven track record in working with social media, you have at least 1-2 years of experience in creating engaging content and have a demonstrated willingness to star in the content.
