About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global MBA Recruitment Manager to join our team at the University of St. Gallen. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for managing and strategically planning all social media for our MBA program, with a focus on identifying storylines and creative ideation that drives measurable engagement of MBA applicants.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage and plan all social media for the University of St. Gallen MBA, including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition in the MBA program, including arranging and hosting in-person information sessions with prospective applicants globally.
- Represent the MBA program at international recruitment fairs and conferences, answering questions from prospective applicants and assessing quality and converting qualified attendees into applicants.
- Review applications, including verifying transcripts, work experience, references, and conducting case-based interviews on Teams.
- Use CRM to track and communicate with leads and applicants, achieving key conversion metrics and enrolling full classes of the highest quality students possible.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree is a must, with a Master's degree being a plus.
- At least 2 years of work experience in recruiting applicants for a Top 100 ranked MBA program with a tuition level in excess of CHF 50,000.
- General understanding of the education environment is required.
- Minimum of 8 years living and working experience in key recruitment geographic regions, including Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Asia, and China.
- At least 5 years of successful experience in representing at international events and fairs and establishing new client relationships.
- At least 1-2 years of experience working with social media as a creator, with a demonstrated willingness to star in content.
- Proven track record of gaining followers as potential candidates for an MBA program through social media channels.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting competitive monthly and yearly recruiting targets tied to revenue and rankings.
