About the Role

ONE Agency | IT Recruitment Experts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager and Lead Programmer to join our client's team. As a global, industrial solution provider for processing foods and manufacturing advanced materials, our client is committed to food security and high energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the internal team as Project Manager
  • Act as the single point of contact for all configuration and engineering tools
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and engineering tools
  • Design and implement data architectures and processes for the digital age
  • Develop Design++ applications in Lisp for new machines, multi-machine arrangements, and disposition drawings
  • Program AutoCAD in C++, C#, and AutoLisp for 3D geometry and EqC cad-specific commands
  • Develop user interfaces in .NET (C#)
Requirements
  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering (FH/ETH) with good familiarity with mechanical and/or plant engineering
  • Work experience or specific education in artificial intelligence and configuration concepts is a plus
  • 3D CAD experience is required, with AutoCAD experience preferred
  • Previous use of Bentley plant design software is desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office Tools and ERP systems such as SAP
  • Programming skills in Design++, Lisp, Emacs, and .NET (C#, C++, WPF)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German would be an asset
