About the Role

The Business Strategy Planning Manager is responsible for coordinating product marketing tasks and initiatives across SSG BUs, including common presentation materials for promotions, TRMs, QBRs, etc.

  • Market Analysis and Competitor Research: Consolidate competitor and market analysis for the SSG business to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strategy Deployment and Execution: Support and coordinate the strategic and tactical planning process for SSG, driving subsets of strategy definition and planning tasks.
  • Target Setting and Performance Management: Support the strategy deployment process, including target setting and performance management.
  • Productivity Improvement and Innovation: Contribute to enhancing the organization's productivity by applying best practices and driving ideas and initiatives based on observations, assessments, and thinking ahead.
  • Project Coordination and Reporting: Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that the organization's priorities are met, including follow-ups on tasks and deadlines. Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Support effective communication for SSG, preparing and facilitating workshops and meetings as needed.
  • Research and Decision Support: Conduct research, gather, and process information to prepare and support the decision-making process.
  • Special Projects and Ad-Hoc Requests: Manage special projects with strategic and cross-functional focus, as well as ad-hoc requests.
