Job Description

We are seeking a Global Retail Brand Experience Designer to join our Creative Department in Geneva. As the primary point of contact for the international Store Design community, you will be responsible for designing and developing the L'Occitane en Provence brand experience across all channels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing retail brand experiences for various channels: Flagships, Corners, Wholesale, SPA, Café, and others
  • Collaborating with the creative community across regions to design and develop retail spaces for store openings and renovations
  • Overseeing the development of technical drawings for design concepts and adapting designs for local markets
  • Developing store design guidelines and collaborating with key partners in regions to ensure a globally consistent brand approach
  • Following up on implementations: tracking costs, learnings, and market feedback
  • Managing external consultants and suppliers or service providers
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role in the luxury sector
  • Knowledge of the cosmetics industry and ability to quickly identify operational needs and future developments
  • Fluency in English and French and proficiency in creation and modeling software (Autocad, Sketchup, V-Ray, Adobe suite) and presentation software (Indesign, Microsoft suite)
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, project management skills, and problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with a can-do attitude and adaptability
