Global Brand Manager for Travel Retail EMEA and Americas

In line with this vision, the Travel Retail Department seeks a highly motivated Global Brand Manager to join its team. This key leader will be responsible for establishing Travel Retail as a brand building platform and driving the strategic plan to grow brands across Travel Retail Europe and Americas.
This role requires strong leadership skills, collaboration with Global Brand teams, and effective communication with external partners. The successful candidate will work closely with the Travel Retail Team (Sales, Finance & Operations) and Global Brand teams to achieve business objectives.
The Main Responsibilities of this position include:
- Brand Management (Sell-In): Develop and implement brand plans adapted to Travel Retail, lead annual forecasting exercises, and ensure brand image and global messages are respected.
- Retail Excellence (Sell-Out): Drive Trade marketing strategies, brief and develop Outpost & HPP/SPP, PR events, and coordinate regional monthly reports.
- Team Development & Management: Foster cooperation with Global Brand teams, manage team performance, and provide clear vision, guidance, and feedback.
The ideal candidate will have +7 years' experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing, preferably in the cosmetic industry, and experience in Travel Retail is mandatory. Fluency in English and French is required, along with self-organization, proactivity, and multitasking orientation. Strong customer-centricity mindset, business acumen, results focus, and excellent interpersonal & communication skills are also essential.
