Marketing Manager Travel Retail Europe

Coty Switzerland is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join their Travel Retail Europe Marketing Team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the Trade Marketing strategy for Kylie Cosmetics in the Travel Retail Europe channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Trade Marketing strategy for Kylie Cosmetics in Travel Retail Europe.
- Lead the deployment of Trade Marketing strategies to the Commercial and Multifunctional Teams.
- Closely monitor brand performance and product launches, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Perform business analysis and innovation reviews to inform decision-making.
- Lead key meetings for the brand, including S&OP and Marketing x Sales Connect.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Management and/or Marketing (or related/equivalent discipline).
- Minimum 3 years' Marketing experience in Beauty/Luxury and/or Consumer Goods.
- Previous experience in Color Cosmetics is strongly preferred.
- Full mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
