Marketing Strategy Development

As a Marketing Intern in our Travel Retail Europe team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve defined business objectives. You will work closely with your managers to ensure the proper development, execution, and benchmarking of all programs designed to increase brand visibility on point of sale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and track marketing programs for retailers with commercial and marketing teams to increase sales and brand/category presence.
  • Ensure availability and/or development of all necessary marketing tools to maximize promotional plan efficiency with the Brand Managers.
  • Support the team with brand events, 360° podium deployment, and visual merchandising recommendations.
  • Coordinate program executions (including GWP) with Sales and CS teams.
  • Manage and follow-up of PO.

Competitor Analysis

You will lead regular competitor reviews and analysis to provide insights and best practices.

Training & Digital Support

You will help implement TR training initiatives and take the lead on client's requests for digital topics, such as creating a digital toolbox and e-CRM communication & organic social initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree with a first experience in Operational Marketing.
  • Experience in Beauty industries would be a plus.
  • Fluent in English, French & Spanish would be highly appreciated.
  • Proficiency on Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
  • Creative and entrepreneurial, solution-oriented.
  • Strong team spirit and good coordination skills.
  • At ease in a fast-paced and multi-task environment, working with short-term deadlines.
