About the Role

As a Digital Analytics Consultant Intern within our Geneva consulting team, you will contribute to delivering data-led projects for multiple clients. You will gain exposure to missions involving data collection, customer acquisition, onsite conversion optimization, media-mix optimization, and digital business consulting.

You will work under the guidance of senior consultants, following an action plan to issue deliverables required for successful project delivery. Your role involves ensuring the integrity of analytics data, its analysis, and interpretation while working with your team and client.

You will be responsible for the content, format, and overall quality of outputs delivered to the client and monitor their operational and technical implementation where necessary. Based on your understanding of our projects and clients' needs, you will collaborate with all teams to develop fifty-five's offer in terms of marketing, technical, and operational delivery.

During your 6-month internship, you will contribute to promoting a customer-centric vision of digital marketing based on systematic and methodical use of data to support decisions. You will work across multiple industries including luxury, FMCG, sport, and beauty.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in delivering projects related to monitoring clients' digital activity based on key performance indicators (reporting), onsite conversion optimization through data analysis and webtesting, online media buy optimization, and CRM.
  • Analyze data and structure relevant information for the client's benefit, consistent with business indicators specific to their industry (e.g., mobile operators, retail, travel, etc.).
  • Develop operational expertise on both conversion and online media-buy topics.
  • Meet clients' needs and maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Occasional travel possible, within Switzerland or abroad (including Paris).

Requirements and Qualifications
  • You are currently studying for a Master's degree at a business/engineering school or equivalent diploma and seeking a 6-month internship (end-of-studies internship preferred).
  • Strong business and market understanding.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong interest in new technologies and the digital industry.
  • Versatile and adaptable.
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Keen to develop both business and technical skills.
  • Motivated, energetic person who is keen to learn.
  • Good team spirit.
  • Fluent in French (C2) and English (C1) with excellent communication, oral, and written skills.
