Job DescriptionThis senior role will be accountable for establishing Travel Retail as a brand building platform and driving strategic plans to grow brands across Europe and the Americas. The successful candidate will work closely with the Travel Retail Team, Global Brand teams, and external partners to achieve this goal.
Main Responsibilities- Brand Management (Sell-In): Partner with Global Brand to develop and implement brand plans tailored to Travel Retail, focusing on market share growth, assortment strategy, marketing launches, and trade animation calendars.
- Ensure brand image and global messages align with brand elevation and new standards.
- Lead annual forecasting exercises to determine optimal forecast levels for novelties and iconic SKUs, collaborating with Demand Planning and Sales teams to achieve accuracy.
- Support Global TR Marketing Director and RGM team in pricing exercises.
- Animate TR-exclusive portfolios to reach annual targets (SI/SO/OP).
- Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI, supporting key launches and initiatives.
- Develop, plan, and execute Trade marketing strategies aligned with Brand guidelines and Go-To-Market approaches in TR.
- Drive the brief and development of Outpost & HPP/SPP, PR events to engage consumers and drive conversions.
- Ensure excellent POS execution of assigned brands in collaboration with Sales and Retail teams (VM, POSM).
- Coordinate regional monthly reports, launch analysis, business presentations, and adapt strategies as needed.
- Foster relationships with key internal contacts, providing sound understanding of TR markets and effectively influencing Global Brand Teams.
- Manage, drive, and develop team performance by offering clear vision, constant guidance, and feedback.
- Cultivate cooperation with Global Brand and knowledge of operations to accelerate brand building globally.
- +7 years' experience in Marketing / Trade Marketing (ideally in the cosmetic industry).
- Experience in Travel Retail is mandatory.
- A first experience in team management is mandatory.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Available to travel up to 20%.
- Strong customer-centricity mindset and business acumen, results-focused.
- Self-organized, proactive, hands-on, and multitask-oriented with high autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and develop strong relationships at all levels and across functions.
- Rigorous with strong organizational skills.
- Appetite for change and challenges, comfortable in an international fast-paced environment with remote and multicultural teams.
