Luxury Retail Designer Opportunity

The L'OCCITANE Group, a leading manufacturer and retailer of premium beauty and wellness products, is seeking an experienced Senior Store Designer to join its Creative department in Geneva. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and developing the L'OCCITANE en Provence brand experience across all channels, including retail spaces, store openings, and renovations.

As a Senior Store Designer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing retail brand experiences for various channels, such as Flagships, Corners, Wholesale, SPA, Café, and others
  • Creating technical drawings for design concepts and adapting designs for local markets
  • Developing store design guidelines and collaborating with regional partners to ensure a consistent global brand approach
  • Fully understanding the operational needs of contacts and markets, as well as future developments and trends in retail, design, and the cosmetics industry

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in architecture, interior design, or design, with 7+ years of experience in a similar position in the luxury sector
  • In-depth knowledge of the cosmetics industry and related trends
  • Fluency in English and French, with proficiency in various software tools, such as Autocad, Sketchup, V-Ray, Adobe suite, AI, Indesign, Microsoft suite, etc.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain a positive attitude

We offer a competitive salary range of approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as:
