We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team in Switzerland. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the institutional FX market and the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level clients.

About the Role:
  • Business Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new institutional clients and expand our existing client base.
  • Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding their payment, cash management, and FX requirements.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Effectively present solutions that encompass the client's entire international payment needs and Forex solutions, leveraging your negotiation skills to build credibility and trust.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting institutional FX markets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven Track Record: A demonstrated history of successful business development within FX, cross-border financial services, or corporate services/fund administration selling to institutional clients in Switzerland.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven analytical, problem-solving, numerical, and verbal reasoning skills.
  • Negotiation and Relationship-Building: Skilled negotiator with the ability to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
  • Fund Space Expertise: Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients and a good understanding of the fund space in Switzerland.
  • Language Proficiency: Speaking German is required; speaking French is a plus.
