About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Project Manager to join our team at Piaget. As a key member of our International Department, you will be responsible for driving Client Experience and Retail Performance across our global network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement retail strategies to enhance client experience and drive sales growth
- Lead retail development projects, including boutique activations and in-store experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve retail performance
- Manage and analyze retail metrics, client satisfaction, and CRM KPIs to inform business decisions
- Develop and launch short-term sales incentives to drive revenue growth
- Support the deployment of Piaget's Ateliers de l'Extraordinaire, partnership strategies, and other client activations
Requirements
- Master's degree in business or luxury management with a minimum of 5 years' experience in retail
- Proven track record in developing, implementing, and scaling up retail or client experience projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Experience with KPI dashboards, reporting tools, and MS Excel and PPT
