We are seeking a seasoned Pre-Sales Team Manager for Eastern Europe to lead our pre-sales efforts in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully building and managing pre-sales teams, as well as experience in driving strategic planning and accurately forecasting sales trends in a consumption-driven business.

You will partner closely with our sales organization to drive revenue growth, coach new sales and pre-sales teams, and develop a motivated collaborative culture within the team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in building and managing pre-sales teams
  • Strong technical or consulting background, preferably in Data Engineering, Database technologies, or Data Science
  • Experience in driving strategic planning and accurately forecasting sales trends in a consumption-driven business
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
