**Company Overview**

Our client, a leading medical device company specializing in top-quality products for urology and gastroenterology, is expanding its presence in Europe. This presents an exciting opportunity for a sales executive to join the dynamic team.

**Job Responsibilities**

  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, meet objectives, and expand business in Europe.
  2. Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. D Drive business performance in Europe by maintaining a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  4. Build, expand, and nurture customer relationships through regular interactions and insights documented in the CRM system.
  5. Network with industry professionals to foster relationships and generate leads.
  6. Provide technical sales expertise to customers, helping them find the best product from our portfolio for their needs.
  7. Organize seminars, conferences, exhibitions, industry events, trade shows, webinars, and joint customer visits, with willingness to travel up to 30%.

**Candidate Requirements**

  1. Sales Experience: Proven track record as a sales representative in the medical device field or related areas.
  2. Business Skills: Advanced selling techniques, excellent networking, soft skills, flexibility, and results-driven personality with passion for serving customers and driving sales.
  3. Further Education: Bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred.
  4. Work Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in a similar role.
  5. Location: Must be located in the Zurich area, fluent in German and English, French a plus.
