Medical Device Sales Representative Europe

**Company Overview**
Our client, a leading medical device company specializing in top-quality products for urology and gastroenterology, is expanding its presence in Europe. This presents an exciting opportunity for a sales executive to join the dynamic team.
**Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, meet objectives, and expand business in Europe.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- D Drive business performance in Europe by maintaining a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Build, expand, and nurture customer relationships through regular interactions and insights documented in the CRM system.
- Network with industry professionals to foster relationships and generate leads.
- Provide technical sales expertise to customers, helping them find the best product from our portfolio for their needs.
- Organize seminars, conferences, exhibitions, industry events, trade shows, webinars, and joint customer visits, with willingness to travel up to 30%.
**Candidate Requirements**
- Sales Experience: Proven track record as a sales representative in the medical device field or related areas.
- Business Skills: Advanced selling techniques, excellent networking, soft skills, flexibility, and results-driven personality with passion for serving customers and driving sales.
- Further Education: Bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred.
- Work Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in a similar role.
- Location: Must be located in the Zurich area, fluent in German and English, French a plus.
