As a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Job Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of our solution, services, and training to clients.
  • Contribute to prospect qualification, demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds, and sales cycle closure plans.
  • Support all sales, marketing, technical, and channel objectives.
  • Assist sales teams in responding to RFIs/RFPs.
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with key client stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Pre-Sales/Sales Consulting/HR roles.
  • Expertise knowledge of administrative systems around HR.
  • Understanding of Cloud-based HCM SaaS solutions is beneficial.
  • Experience presenting administrative computing solutions to technical and business audiences.
  • Strong functional expertise.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; French is a plus.
