Global Admixtures Development Manager

Job Description

As a key member of the CEMEX team, you will play a vital role in ensuring global operational coordination and supporting the development of new products. Your expertise in product development and admixtures will be crucial in guaranteeing the transfer of knowledge and technology globally.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate local lab functions and activities, ensuring effective resource allocation and equipment planning.
  • Develop and implement development plans for local laboratories, in collaboration with G-RD and local Operations.
  • Define procedures and guarantee the flow of information between central and local operations.
  • Train local lab personnel through the planning of training activities and monitoring of skill development.
  • Conduct regular audits of local labs and assist lab Managers in achieving performance objectives.
  • Collaborate with G-RD in product design development activities, ensuring know-how and technology transfer.
  • Support the purchase of equipment and maintenance of quality procedures.
  • Maintain frequent contact with local labs to resolve issues.

Qualifications

  • Languages: English (Advanced Level), Spanish (Preferred)
  • Academic Background: Chemistry or similar (Preferred Master's degree)
  • Areas of Expertise: Product development, Admixtures industrial expertise (10+ years)
  • Technical Skills: Analytical and planning skills, Project Management skills, Creativity, Advanced MS Office tools knowledge
  • Soft Skills: Integrity, Commitment, Maturity, Flexibility, People management, Teamwork
