Our SAP Development division is looking for an experienced:

Manager SAP Development

The Job

  • Lead and manage SAP Development Team Members, including recruitment, mentoring, training, performance appraisal, and on-call service planning.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources related to the team.
  • Be responsible for ticket and technical task coordination, team projects, and incidents management.
  • Ensure SAP development governance and its evolution.
  • Manage communication and coordination with internal customers.
  • Work with quality assurance to define standards and procedures.

Your Profile

  • Deep knowledge of SAP technical architecture.
  • Understanding of SAP ABAP Language, SAP R/3, and S4 programming capabilities and development best practices.
  • Coordination with architects to decide on suitable frameworks and technologies.
  • Solid experience with ABAP OO, Interfaces, Forms technologies, Webservices, Fiori, and SAPUI5.
  • Understanding of complex business processes and ability to communicate within international organizations.

Professional Requirements

  • University or Master degree level, or equivalent graduate in Information Technology or Information Management.
  • At least 5 to 8 years of working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4.
  • Strong work experience in Team management.
  • Communication and change management skills.
  • Service and customer-oriented, team worker, and open-minded.

Language Requirements

  • French written and spoken (mandatory).
  • English written and spoken (mandatory).
  • Any additional languages are welcome.
