SAP Development Team Lead

Job Summary
The Swatch Group Services LTD is seeking an experienced Manager SAP Development to lead and manage our SAP Development team. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of SAP technical architecture, ABAP programming, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP Development team members, including recruitment, mentoring, training, performance appraisal, and on-call service.
- Coordinate internal and external resources related to the team.
- Be responsible for the coordination of tickets, technical tasks, team projects, and incidents management.
- Ensure SAP development governance and its evolution.
- Manage communication and coordination with internal customers.
- Work with quality assurance to define standards and procedures.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of SAP technical architecture.
- Understanding of SAP ABAP Language, SAP R/3, and S4 programming capabilities.
- Coordination with architects to decide on suitable frameworks and technologies.
- Solid experience with ABAP OO, Interfaces, Forms technologies, Webservices, Fiori, and SAPUI5.
- Understanding of complex business processes and ability to communicate within international organizations.
Professional Requirements
- University or Master degree level in Information Technology or Information Management.
- At least 5 to 8 years of working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4.
- Strong work experience in team management.
- Communication and change management skills.
- Service and customer-oriented, team worker, and open-minded.
Language Requirements
- French written and spoken (mandatory).
- English written and spoken (mandatory).
- Any additional languages are welcome.
