Job Title: Global Admixtures Operations Coordinator

At CEMEX, we're seeking a highly skilled Global Admixtures Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring global operative coordination, supporting applied product development, and guaranteeing know-how and technology transfer globally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Functionally coordinate local lab functions
  • Coordinate planning of local laboratory activities and development plans for local laboratories
  • Define procedures and guarantee information flow between central and local operations
  • Train local lab personnel and monitor local skill development
  • Carry out regular audits of local labs and assist local lab managers in achieving performance objectives
  • Collaborate in product design development activities and ensure know-how and technology transfer
  • Provide support for equipment purchase and maintenance of quality procedures
  • Keep frequent contact with local labs to resolve issues

Position Challenges:

  • People and local lab development without direct hierarchical reporting
  • New role in the company, requiring time to be accepted

Qualifications:

  • Languages: English (Advanced Level), Spanish (Preferred)
  • Academic Background: Chemistry or similar (Master's degree preferred)
  • Areas of Expertise: Product development, Admixtures industrial expertise
  • Technical Skills: Analytical and planning skills, Project Management skills, Creativity, MS Office tools knowledge
  • Soft Skills: Integrity, Commitment, Maturity, Flexibility, People management, Teamwork
